Trump International Beach Resort offers 330 accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. All of the staff that we came into contact with were absolutely wonderful! Always polite, respectful, helpful and wonderful. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. The property was amazingly situated and had abundant activities and food choices! Definitely an outstanding experience.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel, even though I never stayed there. I made a reservation and tried to cancel only 10 minutes later, but they refused to process the cancellation. I ended up losing all my money with no option to use it as a credit for a future stay. I called several times, but nothing was resolved. To make things worse, I even paid for the insurance offered through Expedia, yet I still didn’t get a refund. The most frustrating part is receiving multiple emails from the hotel asking how my stay was, when they should know very well that I never checked in. This is unacceptable customer service. I feel scammed
