Overall the facilities were amazing and staff was helpful and that’s why trump still get an excellent review. Only didn’t appreciate that when booking ocean view, fine print is there’s a view of the ocean from a window and the rest of the views are of the city and buildings, wasn’t worth the extra cost I paid for ocean if I didn’t actually have it.

Our stay was excellent, I went with my wife and my parents and everything was excellent, clean place, super secure, booth rooms were spacious and very confortable The only thing I didn’t like was that whenever you buy food they shaft you with the 18% service charge and the tip is something that has to be left for the people, I will give a tip if the waiter earns it and not because is mandatory, just imagine we are 4 adults(my wife and I and my parents) we took a buffet for $39 each and the bill came for $156 plus all those gost charges in taxes and then on top of that they shaft you with an 18% service charge when no waiter even when to our table to refill our glasses with water, come on, $28 in service charge for what? That wasn’t earned and that’s why we all decided to cross the street and go eat at the Argentinian restaurant Baires grill, besides that, everything else was top of the line, to everyone out there who wants a five start resort and doesn’t care about getting shafted with the 18% service charge for food or who don’t care to go across the street to eat someplace else, the Trump international resort hotel at sunny isles is the place, thanks to that wonderful employee who did my check out ( Jana or Haba ) she was great, she could have not been better, she even promised me to give me a call back after my rooms were checked to let me know that everything was QRU and that I won’t be charged nothing from my deposit of $370 per room that was put in hold from my card

The pictures posted do not reflect current condition. The property has not been maintained well. There is mildew in the showers, I saw a bug in the room and called front desk who said they would send an exterminator (never saw one). I was charged $14 for water that I did not consume. housekeeping came 2 out of my 4 days. Pool bars and beach chair service close by 6pm. None of the fountains around the pool are working, they are all brown still water now. Lots of cups and food are left around the pool and at the beach causing ants and birds to be every where feasting. This is average and not at all worth what they charge per night. Parking is $43 per night and resort fees are $45 per day.and my room was over $300 per night. I won't return to this hotel knowing that I can get better quality at the same price elsewhere.

Eduardo the concierge was amazing, Nikolas the bell man was amazing and Eddie the bar tender was also great, after having a few issues on the first couple of nights, the night receptionist Ruth was very professional and did her best to resolve the Issue, Luise the manager, was very accommodating too, I would not recommend the saka mori restaurant at all, it was a nightmare experience and ended up getting burger king

We were in the same property last May and it was very nice at the time but this time we returned again and we felt quality isn’t there any more Food was not good;service was horrible; amenities were poor and dirty The place needs a good renovation I paid two rooms for $600 and I felt a total waste of money this stay

The property grounds and ocean are amazing but the room was dated and the shower leaked. They charged an additional $99/day for parking and resort charges that was supposed to be covered. Next time I'll stay somewhere else that is newer.
