We had a pleasant stay and the room was very nice. Expected more of a food prep area but only a microwave with not even a spoon or a dish. $85 a day is extortionate especially when you arrive at hotel at 23.30pm and have to pay for a whole day!

AC noise during night. Misleading charge for bottle of water, always long queue for check in and out. Terrible hotel, this is not 5-star hotel for sure.

Most comfortable bed ever! Staff is so friendly & accommodating. Best pool / beach experience in South Beach! Decor is beautiful. Ubers wait outside so we never had to wait over 2 mins for a ride. Checks all the boxes.

First night was horrendous. They gave us a room and it looked like the sheets had a bunch of hair on it. After some time they upgraded our room and it was fine after that.
