The view was in of itself worth it, it is gorgeous. The room was beautiful and the bathroom my dream bathroom. I loved it and would return. The food was the only thing that could have some work done - everything that I ate was just ok.

The property was decent, but there were several drawbacks. Only two elevators were operational during our stay, which led to frequent delays. Dining options were quite limited, and the overall experience didn’t reflect a true five-star standard. On the plus side, visiting during low season meant the house car was always available, which was convenient. However, the hotel had a lot of children around, so it didn’t have a particularly adult or relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was also underwhelming. That said, the location is great and served our needs just fine.

First time in South Beach for my 40th - and the W was the perfect choice. We stayed 8 days and every moment was amazing. The hotel has direct access to the beach, which made it so easy to go from swimming at the beach to lounging by the pool to relaxing in our room. It's also within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Uber rides were quick and convenient for anything farther out. The staff truly made our stay even better - they were friendly, attentive and always had the best recommendations for food, nightlife, and daytime fun. I couldn't have imagined a better place to celebrate such a special trip. Can't wait to come back!
