Pros: - Shuttle from airport - Proximity to airport - Free breakfast - Early check-in and late check-out - Cost of rooms Cons: - Elevator not working (had to carry everything downstairs which ruins a vacation) - Room service (food) not available (they were closed) - No food open nearby - Washroom door was broken/would not close properly - Limited breakfast selection - Front desk staff seemed to have little patience - Pillows were very uncomfortable - Noisy hallway which disturbed us from sleeping

One elevator was out of order so wait time was extended. Our flight was delayed and shuttle service stops at 8:30 so had to Uber to hotel. Shuttle next day was good. Breakfast was ok, very crowded area.

Pretty disappointing. Shuttle service only runs once each hour. Room was tired. No Kleenex. Poor light in the bathroom. Noisy. Would not stay here again.

Overall stay was good clean and welcoming environment. The Breakfast could have been a lot better with some more options . An that one functioning elevator was somewhat an issue. We enjoyed it would definitely be back

The hotel is not necessarily in a good area, there is nothing around you. The pillows and bedding were terrible although bed was comfortable. We waited a long time for our dinners and they didnt arrive at the same time. Shuttle only runs once an hour.
