Great location without walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Within 5min drive to cruise port. A/C is horrible! Its motion censored so the a/c shuts off when you’re not in room AND in middle of the night. Room temp 80° on average. No wash clothes or hand towels. No chair, desk, or small tables in rooms. Literally just a hot place to sleep. Beds are comfy and clean.

I didn’t like that they only had 1 working elevator. When I traveled 2 years ago we stayed at the same hotel an both elevators broke down an we wer on the 11th floor such an inconvenience wen ur mom is 80 years old. When asked for compensation the hotel issued a phone number to call/did not respond. Among all the other amenities that we had to pay for an couldn’t find in the hotel or they wer closed. I would not book at this hotel again

Lovely hotel would stay again for sure

Stayed here before as its nearby cruise terminal and would stay again. Friendly staff, free drink at bar first night. Coffee machine and water in room and has all the needs for people travelling. Only downside is two small slow lifts, which at checkout time can cause some delays in exiting hotel sadly

Don’t waste your time or energy.

This place SMELLED like they attempted to clean but it wasn’t done properly. To explain better, it smelled like fabuloso was used on a rag, but just wiped across surface or poured. There was hair filling the drains, there was hair everywhere that wasn’t mine as I JUST walked in. The shower curtain was stained with something. And that was just the room. I downgraded from a king room to a double as I was told that those were the only ones available at that moment as my flight arrived before they were ready. Downgrading did NOT save me anything as I was told that they were going to be the same price. The pricing is a whole other conversation. I was informed on hotels.com that the only amount I would have to pay upon arriving would be $25. Cool. So I planned on that. Then when I checked, everything was so chaotic and loud, that when she asked me for a credit card for the file I just handed one over. Little did I know that we charged almost $100. When I called downstairs, they forwarded me to the 800 number as they were busy. Spoke to them. They did not help. They transferred me to the front desk, who then transferred me back to the 800 number. It was very inconvenient. Another part that makes it inconvenient, is that they never explained to you that you have to use your key card to make the elevator move. You’re just supposed to figure it out on your own. Something else they don’t tell you is that the hallways are so noisy at all times of the night. Even at 2 AM.

The property was in an excellent location, very safe and convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The area was quiet, clean, and felt very comfortable to walk around. Parking was easy, which made the stay even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again.

Not Worth It

Our flight arrived early and we tried to check in a few hours early. The gentleman behind the desk told us for $60 we could get early access, which to me feels like a ripoff. Nobody explained that the elevator required the room key to operate but we were able to figure that out. We got to the room and there were tons of issues. The beds were rock hard, there was paint on the carpet, holes in the drywall, a vent in the ceiling was leaking water onto the floor.. It was a known issue because there was a towel stuffed in the vent and hadn't been changed in a while. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was not secured and couldn't serve it's only function. We will not go back to this hotel. There are too many other good options. The only positive was the location.

Dirty bathroom, outdated tv, no ac in the rooms, no fitted sheet on the bed, just two top sheets tucked under mattress. Half of the doors in the stairwell are locked so if you accidentally go in one you have to walk up/down multiple floors to get back out. Tiny elevator that takes FOREVER to arrive.

Gross gross gross!

First room was not cleaned, second room was also dirty. They did quickly change our room over. First room was fully unchecked. The second room had dirty rags from cleaning, soap with some kind of mold, the handle to the shower fell off, toe nail clippings on the floor. The beds were tough. Great for one night if you don't care about quality and are sleeping for less than eight hours. Location to Kaseya Center is why I booked.
