Beds were extremely comfortable and the location is amazing. Only thing I didn’t like was the slight mildew smell and dampness in the room. I wasn’t too bothered by it but it’s quite noticeable

Not 4 star in any means. Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotels location was great but this hotel was more like a 2star. The elevators were extremely slow and didn’t seem to work half the time. The TV in the room didn’t work, or only 1/3 of the channels were showing. The bathroom had chipped paint in the tub, along with marks all over the sink. The carpets and chair in the room had stains and I felt as the room overall was not very sanitary. I stayed here with 6 other coworkers, all seperate rooms and they had the same experience. Two of them ended up leaving to book another hotel at their own expense

Hotel is in a convenient location. Frederico was very helpful and ensured a pleasant stay. This is our hotel of choice when in Miami.

Super small and tired but convenient

Tiny room and the microscopic bathroom allowed you to shower, go potty and brush your teeth at the same time. The accommodations felt tired and in need of a refresh. The staff was great and super friendly. Its a convenient location and worked for one night but for a longer stay and I probably would have changed hotels. Convenient for cruise lines but too small for families. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The "complimentary" drinks were a waste of time but it got you into the room so I guess it works for them.

Bad choice

Very basic hotel. Very slow elevators in which some of the floor buttons do not light on when you press them, so you don’t know if you will stop at your floor. Very loud AC in the room. Not much to say about the lobby ! Disappointing for the price I paid. They charge a resort fee but it’s not a resort ! Dirt under the bed and side lounge chair. Very small windows despite that it’s in front of the Bayside park with potential views of the cruise terminal.

Never ever again!

They only have 2 elevators and one was broken This hotel I near the cruise terminal and most people had a lot of luggage. There was always a line for the elevator and getting out with our bags from the 17th (top) floor was impossible. We waited 30 minutes and when it finally showed up it was overfilled. They had security in lobby that didn’t do anything to help the situation and people were getting rude, angry, and one even put there hands on my sister in law.

The stars given were for the barman and helpful security man. The so called manager is a disgrace. One of the rooms was dirty. There were stains on the pillows and the headboard was in a Terri le condition. On complaining the manager said we must have made a mess ourselves as it took us an hour to complain. He told us that if we didn’t like it “there is the door”. The rudest staff member I have ever had the displeasure to meet. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.
