Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Toilet was broken. Ended up fixing it myself bc after calling twice no one touched it. No towels in the room. Could hear every neighbor, also not in the best part of town. And no parking have to self park 3 blocks away

This hotel is very clean. Staff was friendly and nice . very close to all the amenities downtown Miami walking distance to Bayside market I recommend hotel.

The property is about 3 years old and definitely looks like it. Very clean but not very well built. We stayed in a double twin bedroom right off the elevator. Our mistake was not realizing that the bathroom has no separation or privacy. The door to the toilet room and shower would not shut causing water to leak when someone was showering. We could hear everyone coming in and out of the elevators. The walls were so thin you could hear a pen drop next door. It’s not great when your neighbors are up at 5am getting ready for the day and you were expecting to sleep in. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you can sleep through anything.

We stayed at this property for 1 night, because we were catching a crusie the next day. Its in a convenient location just a 5-10min ride to the cruise port . Staff was polite & professional. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious for 3 adults. We reserved the VIP suite.
