Customer service was very good. My key card stopped working after I added a late check in. The reason Im giving a 5 stars is because of Edgar Carpo went above and beyond to help my wife and I (first time in Miami and a cruise and helped us locate a package I had overnighted)

Took a call to the desk to figure out the lighting in room. Overly complicated, I also have a charge on my card for the room a day ahead of the stay and another charge I thought was for incidental charges. This is addition to the charges for Dinner and Breakfast. Check in was also not easy. Somehow I paid almost double for my room.

Fabulous

I arrives 10am and was offered an early check in. The room was clean & well equipped. Brilliant location & as a solo lady traveller I felt safe walking to & from trips early morning or late evening. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Was given a later check out time too!
