Absurd price for minimal room.

Terrible experience. Rooms are tiny with no real privacy for bathroom or shower. Bathroom door in room would not close. Shower felt closer to a stall at a public gymnasium then a hotel bathroom. No coffee pot in room. Given the price per night the value of the stay was absolutely atrocious. Could have stayed in someone's basement at a B&B for half the price and twice the comfort.

Conveniently located to Brightline train. Just a few blocks away. Room was comfortable. Coffee was good. Didn’t like self checkin. Seemed like a waste of time since it doesn’t give a room number. Staff was very nice.

I had such a bad experience my room was changed three times after two days of stay. I told them the shower was broken and wouldn’t close they sent an engineer to super glue yes gorilla glue a magnetic strip on the glass shower door. A day later it came off and continue opening. They waved facility fees for my stay but did not compare to the amount that was spent overall. I am unsatisfied I asked for a supervisor and never got to speak with one. No toilet paper in the room upon arrival and I made 3 separate calls for tissue as it was an emergency and no sense of urgency happened!! No one really spoke English to understand what I needed or to even care! I will be leaving a review on the site too.

The location is good but the street smelt like dog piss and the area didn't feel so safe for overseas tourist's. Restaurant staff really nice. Room clean. Massive lack of towels like no bath mat made the floor slippery. Desk staff greeting couldn't even smile or say welcome to Miami. The pool is nice but that you have to pay to use it is a rip off.

The amenities inside the hotel was nice. There is a restaurant inside, snacks that you can purchase, although I didn’t use either of them. The rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms are nicely upgraded.
