At least it was only 1 night
The entire building has about 2 people working at a time so absolutely anything you need is going to take a long time. Calling "reception" from the room connects to a call center that just lies to you to get you off the phone so always go down to the lobby on person. The rooms are noisy and you will hear your neighbors. The shower looks kind of cool in the pictures but as soon you actually use it you realize it's a very strange idea. The shower and toilet are literally just glass boxes inside the room. Smells and sounds will not be isolated. Also there is no vent for the shower and steam will go directly into the room. The AC didn't work.

Terrible experience
The locks for bathroom and for shower where broken. Starting at 12:40 am we had a fire alarm chirping due to dying battery. Maintenance was not on site to fix it, so at 2:30 am we were finally moved to a different room. AC was not working! This is Miami hotel, do the math! This was not a good night stay, that we planned post our New Years Eve celebration. Hotel DID NOT offer any refund, not even a partial discount to the $350 fee we paid.

Good stay for basic needs & location
A good stay that was worth the money we paid. Pluses of our stay: great location, fast check-in, restaurant in the lobby, and it felt pretty clean and safe. They also gave us beach towels. Downsides: walls are very thin and we could hear neighbors in the room next to us and people in the hallway.

Would never stay again!!!
One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. No privacy in the bathroom, sink wouldn’t drain, couldn’t get an elevator or service at breakfast. It was convenient to the cruise port and clean otherwise it was awful.
