I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cozy bedroom. Although I didn't spend much time in my room, it was a nice place to relax. The hotel itself smells brand new, with a welcoming seating area. The pool, fitness center, and fire pit were nice, and the laundry room was a huge convenience.
However, my check-in experience was disappointing. Ashley at the front desk was rude and seemed more focused on guests walking around than assisting me. I had trouble with the card scanner, and instead of offering help, she became frustrated, turned her screen toward me, and spoke to me condescendingly. As someone in property management, I found this unprofessional.
The rest of the staff made up for this. The young lady who transitioned from housekeeping to the front desk and the gentleman who checked me out were both friendly and helpful. The woman with the black hair and blond money pieces (works at night) in particular, was outstanding—she was accommodating, got me extra towels, and even helped me with a key card when I locked mine in the laundry room.
Despite the poor first impression, I would recommend this hotel due to its great amenities.
