I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

It’s not finished and there is a ton of construction going on. It’s not organized and employees do not understand a lot of questions. Resort credits are a joke. The pools are great and the water sides are great. Ice cream is also good. The arcade is good because all the games are free. I suspect that could change. It should be wonderful in the future but right now it’s not completely finished and a lot of stuff is not open or complete. We loved the pools that were open.

Everything was great, the only thing that could be improved would be the air conditioning in the room. In summer, the temperature is quite hot and humid, and I feel that it doesn't cool down enough.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the bed sheets and pillows were dirty. I contacted and visited the front desk, but no one addressed the issue or offered another room. Traveling with my two children made the situation even worse. Because the bedding was unclean, they were uncomfortable sleeping in the beds and ended up sharing a bed while wearing sweatshirts and sweatpants. The service throughout our stay was poor. We waited over an hour and a half for food at the pool bar after staff took our order and then forgot about it. The beach conditions were not suitable for swimming, the food quality was below expectations, and the overall service did not meet the standards expected of a Family Selection/VIP experience. I ultimately decided to check out early. This is not the 5-star luxury resort experience advertised, and it does not compare to other luxury resorts where I have stayed.

The resort was very clean, however, it did not feel like a Nickelodeon vibe. For the amount of money we spent, I expected to see more of the characters through out or more activities for the kids. The check-in process was very long and the staff was not as welcoming. As soon as you receive you room keys, a person is waiting for you to try to sell you time-share or what not. The buffet personnel were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time. Staff were excellent. They were very friendly and welcoming. The resort was cleaning. The only bad thing we experienced was the ladies in the gift shop. They were very nasty and disrespectful. They got upset cause we were using cash instead of our card. Our dollar bill had a little tear and they refused to take it. Otherwise everything was great.
