This property is very clean and well maintained. Their security was always visible in the parking areas which gives a feeling of safety. Check in was quick and easy and check out was too. Room was clean and very nice. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Easy getting there. We did a road trip from Detroit. It was Memorial Day weekend so some places were closed. We had a great dinner at Lakeside where a robot brings oit the food orders. We thought that was cool. Small casino - only one floor. There is no entertainment on Sundays and no breakfast served on Mondays. The room was nice. We were in the original tower. They have a new section with views of Lake Michigan. The lake is close and beautiful. Overall a nice place and we plan to return.

Change your room to a cheaper room to save money

I had a room in spa hotel but they change my room to their on hotel rooms I was so upset and we were there for a wedding I will never return

I enjoy the hotel and the proximity to shopping, dining and the beach! The room could have been cleaner, for example the areas around the toilet and baseboards could have been wiped down. I will definitely return! The bed was super comfy also!

The property was clean but somewhat dated. We arrived late and there was only one deli restaurant open. There weren’t many people there. We were comfortable and the staff was friendly, but it was just okay. (We are not hard-core gamblers though, so maybe others would enjoy it more.)

Room smelled horrible, sink was stopped up, went down so slow, shower water barely came out, then there was food in the chair all in drawer , we was in such a rush to get ready for the wedding we didn’t have time to call it in & report, we didn’t get back to room until almost 4am

My husband and I stayed for a night this past weekend and the staff were all terrible about greeting you, offering assistance or anything for that matter. The room was clean but stocked with the very bare minimum. In the casino, a machine froze up on me with $6 voucher in it. I walked all over the place and never did find a slot attendant, any staff, not even a cocktail waitress! I was pissed and the drinks at the bar where overpriced and bartender was very unfriendly. We won’t be staying anymore

Out of date casino

Slots were old and payouts were terrible. Our money went in and barely got returns. So the play time was short and unenjoyable. I would recommend going to Hard Rock or Four Winds that have newer slots and amenities.
