The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.

The check in process was easy as could be with Sam sending me video insturctions on where to find the key and the entry process. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. We would love to be back real soon.

I really enjoyed staying here, the location was great (I purposely stayed in this location as my main goal was to snorkel). The free breakfast was great, the staff were amazing, helped me coordinate multiple things. The prices at the bar and restaraunt are high (high compared to the north side of the island, but low/average for this part of the island), the food I ordered outside of breakfast was just OK. The pools were nice, I got a plunge pool which was great and larger than others I have seen at other hotels. The security is great, they keep track of all guests leaving and my cab driver told me- if you don't come back they call the police. I drove but also needed a taxi for certain things (such as Anse Castanet ) because roads were sketchy. The reason I did not give this 5 stars, is the room quality could have been better, the room was full of bugs (it's in a rainforest, I knew the property had bugs, but the room being full of bugs was preventable with a little maintenance on the room). By the time my 5 days were up, I was really looking forward to leaving as I had a layer of bugs over all my belongings and felt really gross due to that. I woke up one morning and my makeup bag was covered in bugs, all my brushes had bugs, once I got to my new hotel up north at Gros Islet I washed all my brushes...

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. This is not a high end resort, but you get good value for your money. Restaurant is pricey if you are not using an all inclusive package. Breakfast buffet had limited options, but enough to get you through the morning.

The most tranquil place I’ve ever visited. The hotel was on my sister’s mandatory must see and experience vacations. It was more than we ever imagined. The bungalow is so nice and relaxing. The shower was such a vibe. Honestly I don’t have any complaints. St. Lucia is an absolutely breathtaking island.
