Upon checking into my room I found the blinds destroyed. They looked like a cat tore them up. Literally shredded. Then the internet was out with no idea of when it would be restored. It never came back in. The office chair in the room was broke and was all the way down in the floor. The bath towels were paper thin and one had a hole in it. If that wasn’t enough when I approached the clerk at the front desk to tell her about the internet and the blinds she said they knew about those issues and they were on a list to repair. So I asked why would you put me in a room that’s under repairs. She not only did not offer to move me, she dismissed it. The so called manager the next morning couldn’t take himself away from the videos on his phone for me to even talk to. Never going back to this location. Horrible experience.

one of the main reasons we opted for this Hotel was that it had amenities like a hottub, pool and workout area. They all were in very bad shape. The hot tub's water (in particular) looked gross and non of the jets were working. Otherwise the room was nice and provided us what we needed for the single night we stayed

We wont be back

Shower head screams, tub pops all over when your in shower because it wasnt insulated under it. Door slams all night, could hear people above us all night, lets just say we had a rough night and couldnt rest much.

Breakfast was great. Pool and whirlpool looked awesome but we didn't use it. Coffee very good. From 11-1am we heard nothing but pounding and noises from above. After an hour I went to the third floor to check who was making the racket. room 313 had there door propped open. yes they were loud but they were not making the thumping and pounding noises. This went on for two hours. Why didn't we call the front desk, it probably would have made it worse. Wife says lets just drive home, but we had a few brews so we ruled that out. we turned up the TV and waited it out. WARNING: be aware of room 213 where we stayed you won't like the noise. yes it is near the elevators but I checked on that too.

Everything was good. We especially loved the cleanliness of the whole place. The lady at the front desk was amazing and she greeted everyone and made sure the place looked great and welcoming.

First of all, no one was manning the front desk when I arrived. I was met with a "be back soon" sign. When someone finally showed up, after 10 minutes or so, they had no record of my reservation and it wasn't resolved until I and the desk person called Expedia to get it all figured out, which took another 20-30 minutes. The property itself was OK, but the room needing updating/refreshing. There was just a 32inch TV in the corner of the room, the bathroom had some peeling wallpaper and a huge rust stain on the wall behind the toilet. My room, at least, was screaming for an update. It didn't live up to my expectations of a Hampton property.
