Clean room and good size bathroom. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Plenty of free on-site parking too. Only downside was trying to get the tv to work, it seemed to only work by logging into our personal streaming services rather than having say freeview.

We stay here regularly whilst visiting family. I love it because everyone is very friendly, the beds are super comfy and there is a bath in the bathroom. It's walking distance into town even after a few drinks in the very reasonably priced bar! It's dog friendly too. Big carpark and surprisingly quiet after the bar closes. Usually football on the TV in the bar which keeps my husband happy (depending on play...) 😅 The Highfield is always our first choice when planning to come to Boro.
