Parking was extremely limited, requiring us to park across the highway in a mall parking lot. Amenities were minimal and disappointing; the only coffee available was decaf. Breakfast was barely edible, and housekeeping standards were below expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Midland West, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome right away. The lobby was bright and inviting, setting a positive tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, ample desk space, and complimentary Wi-Fi, made it easy to relax and catch up on work. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom, which had a great shower and plenty of fluffy towels. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a highlight. With a varied selection of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, and hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the area. The hotel’s location was also a significant plus—conveniently situated near shopping and dining options, making it easy to find everything I needed.
