Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was very good for a buffet breakfast. Rooms are very spacious. You can tell the hotel is relatively new and well kept up. Would definitely recommend

We got stuck in a traffic accident on the 401 for close to 3 hours , and we missed our event that we were supposed to attend, so we turned around and went home ...... i had purchhased the extra travel insurance , ( and i will be getting them involved now for our refund ) I am very disappointed in the customwr service and non flexible service, in this type of scenario where its out of our control ..... even if we were offered half of the stay amount ..... would be better than nothing ....very disappointed 😞..... as i mentioned , my extra purchased travel insurance rep will be in touch , or if the hotel feels like changing their offering , reach out.
