Amazing service with a smile.

There were some issues at check in, however they were my fault. Having said that, the night time check in person on the 28th at night was amazing and the day time front desk on the 29th and 30th was even better. They did ask why I used a third party to book my trip, and looked surprised when I said I can afford to stay with you when I book 3rd party, but if I go direct I usually have to turn to a less expensive hotel. It is a shame.

The staff at check in was very polite and nice. The hotel must have thin walls since it was noisy. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Few choices and no eggs or hot food to choose from.

First off, bathroom door didn't fully close and it didn't have a knob but it was rather a sliding door without a handle. No bathroom fan either. Pillows were too thin. But it was cleanand in order. But the thing that appalled me wa the front desk staff. I remember when the staff behind the desk looked clean, ironed clothes, pretty and so serviceable. The staff, both night and day, looked raggedy, unconcerned with either being personal, attentive or mannered. They were neither pleasant or cheerful. They looked like they just had a job for 8 hrs and thats it. Sad.

Room was very spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. We didn't get room cleaning service but maybe we had to ask for it. Location is good and access to restaurants is very convenient. Staff friendly but a bit laid back.
