It was a kitchenette with absolutely no dishes. Nothing but news channels on the tv. The front desk lady couldn’t answer any of my questions. We were supposed to stay 8 more days at the end of the month when coming back from our cruise. We canceled and booked a different hotel for when we get back. We will be visiting our kids when we get back.

Things break frequently and it takes a long long time for repair. No communication with both staff members and guests I had a water leak in my bathroom and it flooded my room the guy that worked there gave me towels to clean it up. This went on for three days

They only clean & give you clean sheets on monday, Wednesday & Friday. Someone spit on the elevator door it took them a week to clean it. A/C doesn’t work as it should it takes forever to turn on even on automatic. You could hear everything from the 1st floor all the way to outside like if it was insulated

Great stay! Very comfortable, rooms were nice, ac was cold. The pillows and bedding could have been a bit more comfortable but that would be my only “complaint” if I had to give one.

Nope leave the light off for me

When i fist arrived it didn't look that bad but upon farther inspection ugh. Hair on the bed. The floor felt dirty, dried kachup blobs on tne night stand. The table felt dirty but the bathroom was clean..... and it smelled like dirty dog.
