I would have rated the hotel “Excellent” if hotel would have provided shampoo and conditioner like other hotels do . Front desk confirmed they don’t. I had to buy some overpriced samples from the vending machine.

There were a few things that irked me, missing covers for elevator showing wires, stronger pet friendly cleaning smell on 1st floor. But the room while small was comfortable and clean, the turn down service did a great job. For the price I'll definitely think about staying again.

The room & entire hotel seems clean, updated, & smells good. Our room was very small but worked ok for 2 people & a 170# Mastiff, barely. The bed was very firm (think Fred Flintstone firm) & the 3 pillows for a king size bed were thin & hard. However, we'd stay again if passing through the area. The lady who checked us in was very nice. A better mattress & pillow would be my only recommendation.
