The heater started smoking and set off the fire alarm. When I told the front desk they mentioned that other guests have told them as well but never went to the room to check it. Breakfast in the morning they didn't have forks, cold water or milk available. Other foods tasted old and dry.

We liked the location mostly, as it was close to family and friends. The staff were friendly, although very few spoke English, which is a problem for guests who don't speak Spanish. My main issues were the room and carpet cleanliness, and hence the overuse of febreeze to mask these issues. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

I’m disabled and they let me get a first floor room. Staff very helpful and friendly. The establishment was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
