素泊まりで利用しました。フロントで周辺のお食事処マップを頂きましたがランチメインが多く夜はほとんど営業してるお店がなく残念でした。 お風呂はつるつる温泉で気持ちよかったです。お部屋も快適でした。三方五湖が眺められて景観はよかったです。

会員制のホテルで会員でなかったせいか、フロント係(男性)の対応が悪かった。気のせいかも知れないがそう思える言葉使いや態度が残念だった。

恐ろしい位の不潔さに加えて最低最悪な接客
3つ星、和室で2番目に良い部屋で、部屋の前面、湖との事 まず、"コロナ対策きちんとしてある的な清潔感あり"の文面を見て決めたが、ベランダに鳥糞だらけ、スリッパで踏んだ跡があり、前からの放置は一目瞭然、窓のカーテンレールが、蜘蛛の巣だらけで、ましてや虫嫌いなのに気持ち悪くてビューどころではない。 疲れているので寝転んだら、エアコン下の襖の縦の目隠し状の隙間全部、埃がびっしり。昨日今日のものではない。 これでは、絶えずホコリを吸い込む事になる。 到着後、入浴をし外食の為戻りが21時頃で、そこで劣悪さに気付いた。 直ぐ様フロントに支配人をお願いするも不在との事、電話に出た男性に部屋の汚さを見て貰って、部屋の交換を申し出たら、喫煙可の和洋室か和室どちらかの2部屋しか空いて無いと。煙草は嫌いだし臭いがダメなので和室を、そして掃除済みの部屋で。一時間程待たされ"今度は綺麗です"の言葉に確認すると、襖の目隠し状のものが埃だらけだと。 何の為に、掃除されて無い不潔な部屋へ移動? 部屋を変えた、対応したという事実だけで全く解決になっていない、信じられない対応だった。 結局、煙草臭い和洋室しか無くて、臭いを確認しに行くと、不在だと言っていた支配人が現れた。 不在なのでは?と問うと、送迎で出ておりましたと。22時過ぎていて送迎?苦し紛れの言い訳。 戻ったなら、先に我々に謝罪に来るべきではないか?しかも劣悪な状態を伝えても平然としていた。 幼児用のスリッパ含め5〜6足並べてあり、前の宿泊客のものが片付けて無い状態。 言い訳がましく、急遽和室に替わられたのでと。 事実スリッパはそのまま片付けられていない訳で、ここしか空いて無いと言い張るので、そんな和洋室へ。 疲労困憊、頭痛もする中、夜遅くに部屋の移動。 翌日の運転もある中、結局睡眠も取れず。 朝食付きだったが、不潔さに麻痺したホテルの厨房って信用出来るはずも無く、朝食も取れずチェックアウト。 二度と利用することは無いし、若い頃から旅が好きで、ホテルや民宿に泊まり歩いたが、ここまで不潔で最低最悪な接客、対応、何れに置いても、 ワースト1。老朽化とかの問題では無い。 天気にも恵まれ楽しい旅が、一気に台無しにされ、嫌な思い出に変わってしまって残念さと憤りを払拭できない。

最高な滞在でした
ホテルのスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく、居心地の良い空間を提供してくれます。また、温泉も素晴らしく、仕事で利用したのですが、疲れが吹き飛ぶ気がしました。
