Booked a fireplace suite and it didnt work then they said they would fix it and it never got fixed. I paid extra g for the fire place and it didnt work. Very disappointing

I have stayed at a number of Americinn hotels over the years and they have all been great. Very pleasant staff and accommodations were excellent. Oh, and they have the best biscuits for their biscuits and gravy!

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit MN, but PLEASE replace the pillows. That's the worst part. The chlorine in the pool/hot tub area was also really strong this time, and there weren't enough pool towels for guests to use.
