A Barely Adequate Motel

The amenities were barebones. No ice bucket/ice machine. One trash can vice two, as in one for the bathroom and one for the main room. No chair for the table. No lamp for the table either. No complimentary coffee service in the room, nor any plastic cups. AND THERE WAS NO INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE TV, WHICH MEANT NO TV SERVICE AT ALL!!!

The room had a really strange, unappealing smell. There were 3 channels on the tv, two in Spanish and AMC. My bathtub had a big gash across the back wall. No coffee or OJ at the free breakfast. No yogurt or fruit. And half the floors were under construction. I feel like it was overpriced for all those issues

We were the room next door to the construction. Construction dust was in our room and on furniture, we wiped it off. Building is under construction didnt expect much. Breakfast was strange. Pale sausages (wasnt sure if cooked through). Eggs were ok. Waffle maker was ok. We will visit again next year to see the finished product.

The former Best Western hotel is in the process of renovations. Despite the small pillows on the beds, I couldn't asked for a better, affordable stay near Gillette Stadium! Cannot go wrong with free breakfast!

Breakfast was not great okay if you’re hungry. I was there previously when it was a Best Western. To be fair they are doing construction and updating the place. The room was clean but no microwave or coffee maker in room. Again they are in the middle of construction. Staff was pleasant and courteous.

Will never stay here again

When we checked in, we were told the room had no working television. The bill they gave me was $50 more than the price on your website -- I did check my bank statement and I wasn't charged the rate on the bill they showed me but was charged your rate. Then, we get in the room -- there is no garbage pail, there was only one light in the room -- lights were missing on the desk and one of the nightstands, and there were chairs but no table. The staff was not friendly at all, there was a pervading smell of pot throughout the lobby, and no attempt was made to quiet other guests who were loud way past midnight. Will never stay at this place again.

The lobby had been newly renovated and it was obvious they were working on other areas of the property, but haven't' gotten a lot done yet. The bed was very comfortable, the TV, fridge and microwave all seemed to be practically brand new. It was quiet, didn't here other guests and the people who work there are friendly and HUSSLE, but it really had it's down sides. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a property where I have asked to have my room changed. Our initial room was bad in a lot of ways. Stains on the furniture, the bed spread, cracks in the grout in the bathroom, the bathroom door handle came off the first time we went to use it. Hard pink stuff on the tv stand that kinda looked like old gum, but I honestly don't know what it was. The room we were moved to was better, but still rough. Didn't have a chair at the desk, only had 1 bed side table and the only light in the room was from the bed side table or the room. No curtains on the window just blind, and several of the slats were broken. It was much cleaner than the first. The vanity in the bathroom was so new it still have the protective corners on it and some of the plastic protective film. The property is in transition, as it was a Best Western. It's got potential. The price was what drove us to the hotel. If we had to stay in the area again, I would give it another try (assuming the price was still good) because I do see the work that's being done and suspect it will eventually be great.

Out of all the hotels, I’ve stated in my life this was the worst. Subpar rooms, not very clean, 12 x 12“ pillows, damage to the walls and furniture, sticky bathroom, linens stained, exterior doors, not locked, and felt I was staying in an abused college dorm. The hotel was used as a shelter. It clearly shows. Be aware if you book here, if you shorten your stay, it is nonrefundable. They also lied to Orbitz when I tried to get a refund on canceling two days of my stay. they stated I dropped the keys and left when clearly I spoke with somebody and got a receipt. Another guest I spoke with was given a room with no running water broken TV a broken air conditioner. He had quite the time in trying to get relocated to a better room.
