Couldn’t find my reservation…

They couldn’t fin my reservation from hotels.com… They asked me to call them and fix it after they called hotel.com and they hung up on the front desk clerk… it was a mess trying to check in finally they gave us a room even though they still could not find my reservation. The key they gave me was for an occupied roo. So I had to go back to the front desk to get different room.came back at night and our key wouldn’t open the back door of the building so we had to walk all the way to the front… besides that the hotel was clean and comfortable…

I loved the walk in shower, but there was no shelf to put body wash or shampoo on and none of the bed pillows were comfortable. I wished I had brought my own pillow. Other than that, it was a nice stay

Front desk is very nice, however I don’t really care about the problems within housekeeping. 3 we’re arguing and blocking the elevator and we had to wait to get thru until they realized we were trying to get on. Please take that away from the front of the house.

Good place to stay the night.

The beds were decently comfortable. The pull out couch was not comfortable. The food was good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and a potato mixture, muffins, waffles, and cereal. Regular and decaf coffee, and juice.

The room had lots of bugs. So we had to change rooms. The noise level was very high until about 3am. I had to ask the neighbors to bring down the volume of noise in the hallway. The breakfast was not good at all. It was terribly inconvenient.

Just needs better housekeeping services... our floors were sticky & wet; improvements in everyday maintenance with painting and things worn out; beds slept great! And they had a decent spread for breakfast. I wouldn't call this a 4* hotel but maybe 3.8*. And certainly wouldn't take much to get it closer to a 5* with Cleaning, repairs and maintenance.

The property was in a great location for our needs. We were there multiple days and I requested clean towels every day. Each night I had to go to the front desk and get clean towels. Also the 1st night a large group of teenagers, I believe with chaperoning, kept us up until midnight slamming doors and calling out each others names. Those are the reasons for a 4 rating rather than a 5.
