I booked the reservation with a high floor. I waited for 4hrs and gave management a heads-up, I needed a floor and could wait. Was not honored and never made attempt to make up for it, other than a sorry. Beverage credit is a joke and misleading.

The building has a cool, modern look. It's handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was pretty expensive. The biggest issue we had was the smell in our room. It was very musty and didn't get better with running the air conditioner.

Housekeeping came banging on my door in the morning and wouldn't stop. Had to get out of the tub.. couldn't understand what she was yakking about so had to grab some clothes and put them on to open the door! She wanted to know what time I was checking out?! I have until 11 . That was really obnoxious and annoying. I paid for the room until checkout and do not expect to be bothered .

It was clean…but everything inside the rooms were low budget. Stuff you would find on clearance at Grocery Outlet. Sinks and shower faucets were old and cheap. Very hard to even turn on, then extremely low water pressure. Everything water related, shower, wash hands, rinse off toothbrush, etc takes 3x as long because the water flow was terrible.

This property was quiet and easy access. Staff was good like most hotel in its category. Cleanliness was as expected. That being said a few things were disappointing. Parking is $20 per night. Breakfast is not included. I’ve slept in hotels that are below this standard that can afford to feed their customers. This hotel wants $28 per person for ayce breakfast buffet that does not even include muffins. I will not be returning.
