The service from the hotel staff was extremely comforting and helpful. We had to shorten our stay due to noise in the wall from plumbing or something else. But, the hotel employees were understanding and provided assistance in every way.

We absolutely LOVED this property! Super clean, the beds were AMAZING, & the breakfast buffet was really good. Staff were extremely friendly & super close to Winchester Mystery house, shopping, & Levi stadium. We will definitely stay here again!

It has a beautiful lobby. The buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of hot and cold choices! The bed and linens were divine. Staff was all friendly and approachable. You do have to pay for overnight parking ($19) but still reasonable rate all included compared to other local hotels. SJSU is about 20 minutes away. The front bottom side of the toilet needed to be cleaned and the conditioner restocked, but overall would stay again!

Parking is $19 per day at the time of this review, and there are no alternative places to park in the area since it’s near a business park. This seems unreasonable, because there is no gate at the parking; anyone can come and go. To pay $19 per day, it doesn’t feel like any additional safety or security is offered.

The hotel is near the highway which is very convenient. We got this hotel because it was close to the Levis Stadium and thats super convenient. The hotel is located like in a business area but there are fast food and gas stations nearby. The room was clean and it exceeded expectations. The front people were super friendly. You do have to pay for parking.
