Hi, I have just returned home after staying in room 3013 in your Milton Keynes Double Tree hotel. I am emailing to inform you that when we arrived late afternoon & checked in we noticed that the room smelt “musty” & damp but didn’t think too much of it as we had to meet family for a meal. When we returned to the room late that evening the smell was a lot & it became obvious that there had been some kind of problem - maybe a flood or similar & the room had not dried out completely but I was with my daughter, it was late so decided as we were only staying one night we’d have to put up with it. As an asthmatic & as the night went on I found it increasingly difficult to breathe confirming that the room was indeed pretty damp in general so a good nights sleep was NOT had. Upon check out I did inform the reception staff who apologised. I thought I’d also send an email as room 3013 obviously needs some attention & now we are home ALL of our luggage & clothes that were in the room with us also smell very musty & damp. We have stayed in your hotel at the MK Dons stadium previously & never had an issue like this.

I witness the entire complex being built from the ground up, also attended various functions through the years but this was my first accommodation visit. I was very impressed about the clean,quietness of the room despite having shops and a very busy road outside. I would definately recommend including breakfast. I was spoil for choise. All the staffs at different levels were very professional and accommodating. Try it for yourself. You too will want to visit again

Nice hotel with great front desk people

It's a very beautiful hotel and the front desk people Audrey and William were so helpful. They listened to our complains and acted promptly. They changed our rooms when it got so hot and the AC wasn't working. Audrey went the extra mile to offer us free breakfast to apologize for the AC problem but unfortunately, we overslept and couldn't go for the breakfast. We love this hotel and we will recommend it to our friends. Thanks for your service.

Everything was good

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect—close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, everything was very good. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Doubletree

The Doubletree Hotel is good value to stay but it is a long Hotel you get out the lift and your room can sometimes take a while to get to thats not a moan just a comment.
