Excellent Hotel !!!

Excellent hotel very clean and modern, food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful Parking is optional and not included it’s also not on site, ( used car park opposite Purple Zone is cheaper for 24 hour stay

Needed it as a base for a trip to MK theatre. It was ideal for that. Walking distance to town centre. Easy parking opposite. (Parking costs apply). Noisy location but room I stayed in was well sound-proofed. Very comfy bed. Shower-head was in need of updating, and bathroom door didn’t close unless I locked it. But all said, for the money, it was good value and I would stay there again if in MK for another event. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful too.

I’m writing to make a serious complaint regarding my recent stay. From 10pm until 6am the room next door was playing loud music, shouting, and talking continuously. It was obvious they were under the influence of *Class A drugs*, making the situation not only disruptive but completely unsafe. I tried to contact reception, but the in-room phone wasn’t working. Being on floor 10 I couldn’t just pop down easily in the middle of the night — so I emailed reception twice, clearly explaining the situation, and still no action was taken. The fact that this was allowed to go on for nearly 9 hours with zero intervention is completely unacceptable. I had no sleep. 1/10

Lovely airy hotel perfect for our onenight stay. Rooms equipped tea/coffee, shower gel etc, iron/board, hair dryer. Bed very comfy good size pillows. Breakfast great, lots of variety . Good coffee's and tea's. Usb point in room didnt work Windows filthy , barely see out of them

Tired and overpriced

Once again staff have no idea about VIP perks (discount bar/food vouchers) just a vague look when pressed on the benefit. Rooms dated, bed uncomfortable and towels like sandpaper. No water in room.
