Great hotel

This was my 2nd stay with Moxy Milton Keynes and both were great. The room is very comfy and has working AC which is so vital this summer. The staff are always very helpful and welcoming. I love the complimentary cocktail at check in. Nice touch! The hotel is located in a perfect spot which has access to tons of food options, a sainsbury across the street and is very close to the train station.

Do not use hotel parking

Hotel is fine. This a warning about the hotel parking. It's run by a third party company that will send you a fine of £60 if you stay more than 15mins without paying. But it's not that simple. You have to pay on an app. And there's no phone signal under the hotel. By the time I'd given up and gone to checkin to ask how to pay for parking, I was told it was probably fully booked. By then I was already over the 15mins. Staff can't do anything as the hotel has sold the parking rights to a third party parking company. Sure enough, £100 fine for 20mins parking arrived after my stay (£60 if you pay quick). Use public parking opposite the hotel.
