I asked for a loft I didn't get it I called the hotel they charged me too much I got it on Expedia I got it for a good deal I tried to stay there for the entire month week by week or two weeks at a time or the whole month there was no deal and then when I did schedule for 7 days it was almost $700 for the seven days I wanted to stay from Friday to Friday my wife divorced me my house flooded all my kids are grown and I'll be 54 in September I was trying to be somewhere where I'm safe I stayed there in 2010 when they were remodeling 2010-2011 I was working for the NBA I work for the fister hotel and I'll be concierge and security work and I do hotel in janitorial I even asked for a job and they put me out and we're not accept my further reservations very poor experience very very unhappy

The room had an odor and the bed cover looked like someone had used it already. The dust on top of the headboard was several inches thick. The room definitely needs an upgrade.

Don’t waste your money!

For the price I didn’t expect luxury. But I did expect the room to be clean. Tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in years. Dust on most of the surfaces. And extremely muggy, even with the A/C running full blast. Will not stay there again. Tried letting front desk know about concerns upon check out, but she couldn’t care less…

Older hotel and decor. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. They charge a small handling/resort fee in addition to your booking fee so be prepared for that. Good breakfast, friendly staff, good coffee. Would stay again!

We had 2 rooms and both had dirty tubs, dirty toilets, dirty sinks, unlimited nats. Its seemed like the more we killed the more came out. The entire logged smelled. Room service people were not friendly. The only accommodations were extra towels and another microwave because the one in our room died on day 2. Over priced for a roach motel. Wish i could upload the pictures

Outdated Property, Great Staff.

Pros - Staff was very nice and seemed to care. There was a gentlemen walking around constantly cleaning up and checking things while we were in the pool. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Cons - Hotel is pretty outdated and seems like it hasn't been touched in a while, like mid 90's. My kids enjoyed the pool, but it definitely needs an update and the bottom looked rough. Hot Tub was boarded up. The bathtub in our room looked really rough. To the point where we just decided to shower when we got home. Ultimately, I think ownership needs to do the staff a favor and give this property a long overdue refurbishment.

This is an OK hotel that needs some work and TLC. We did not receive soap or shampoo the first 2 days despite asking. On day 4, we came home to our bathroom being infested with gnats. Pool was dirty. TV does not work in exercise room and exercise bike does not turn on. People were cavorting outside , drinking, smoking, and playing loud music on the hotel lawn at night. It’s in a good area. We brought up issues that were not addressed and when we checked out were told that we should have told day staff (we had told night staff) and that we would have to go through expedia for a credit. After the first 2 days they were more attentive with towels and maintaining the bathroom.

Quiet & relaxing. The indoor/outdoor pool on Sunday late afternoon was relaxing. I had the pool to myself and enjoyed the inflatable they provided. Clean and spacious room. Worth the extra price over my usual place.

Beware of where you stay

My family and I traveled to Milwaukee WI to my nephew Gerald Burtonsville funeral my family and myself stayed at the Baymont Inn in Mequon Wi and I we went to bed and I woke up all bit up. Reported to the front desk they took pictures they said we have no extra rooms we will have to spray the room and that's that so be careful staying at the Baymont by Wyndham were ever so I had to make my face up real good for no one to see my face, neck, thumb and fingers all bit up I'm not sure what ate us up
