Poorly kept
The tub spout was falling out. The shower diverter only pushed 40% of water through shower head. They didn’t have extra pillows. The towels were very thin and a few were stained. Overall, very poor experience.

The property was run down and decrepit. The parking lot was broken up and not maintained. The room was dirty and dark. The bathroom was missing tiles and the wall was open. After checking in, and after paying online, the front desk called wanting more money and a down payment. We spent less than 90 min here before leaving. Do NOT stay here.

The breakfast was the worst we have ever had. The sausage was undercook scrambled eggs were oily. We desired to try the instant oatmeal there was no microwave to make the oatmeal we had to take it back to the room to make it which had a mess. Then there was no honey or brown sugar to sweeten it. It was not good

A bit more attention is needed to restocking the room. The dispensers for liquid body wash and conditioner were completely empty. The TV was poor - selection of non paid channels.

The hotel is outdated but the rooms were ok. My room has a bad wet spot of beer on the floor from a previous guest and my kids shorts got soaked by it. The pool looks great but needs a lot of work. I’m glad they offered breakfast but the it was definitely phones in. Not impressed.

The indoor/outdoor pool was unique and a great bonus to our stay. Breakfast was also nice. Terrific place for a family and close to many Mequon amenities.

There were bug traps all over our room. Somebody's dirty sock was next to the bed. There was someone else's long black hair all over the shower....I don't think they ever cleaned it. The room was so disgusting. I was so afraid of getting bed bugs. I would never recommend this place to anyone....including my worst enemy. GROSSSSSS!
