The minute we opened the door to the room we smelled a dirty moldy smell. it was most likely from the air conditioner.I went to the front desk to request a room change the staff was very understanding and actually upgraded our room. It was a very nice gesture unfortunately the other room wasnโ€™t much better!

The staff was nice, even putting up with a very irate customer (me), The room was clean and decent for a one night stay while traveling, the key card entry from the side is not easily accessed and doesn't always read the room key. There were chicken bones around the trash can on the ground.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent. Lack of staff, the same guy from the front desk was attending breakfast and taking out garbage etc. The hotel smells musty and the room was very damp when we arrived.

Good hotel for a stay in the Kenosha area. Right by the highway so easy to get to. Many fast-food restaurants and chains nearby. Downtown Kenosha with more restaurants and Lake Michigan is just 20 minutes away. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C unit kept the room cool, but it's a little annoying because the fan goes on and off all night. Having the fan running at a low constant level would be easier for sleeping. Bathroom is a little small, but there is good counter space. Nice to have breakfast included with the room.
