Good vibes!
We always like going to this motel, it's hassle free and nice people. There's green grass surrounding the motel, has a country vibe, but there's fast-food next lot over, plus it's right off the highway, so getting to our appointments are easy. We love Port Washington and all the boats docked, the lighthouse, Lake Michigan, the shopping, the restaurants. Great place to walk around.

The room was dirty, sheets were dirty, food left in fridge from last person, bottle caps left on window sill from last person. Bathtub was dirty, bathroom smelled of mildew. The room itself smelled bad Water in the room was brown. Staff attitude ranged from apathetic to rude. Do yourself a favor, there are plenty of other hitels in the area for just a few dollars more per night If you can't swing that, you would genuinely be better off sleeping in your car.

Moldy curtains. Unlocked broken security door. Guest room door left open and unsecured. Garbage in room from previous guest. Toilet and shower not cleaned. Request for cleaning ignored. Musty smell throughout. Worst example of neglect of business in the service industry. Trrrible.

Overlook the outdatedness
Even though the room was clean, the condition of the items in the room and the bathroom were dated with not so great workmanship. But, I just needed a room for the night - so the rate was worth it.

Disappointed.
For the price it was a reasonable hotel. However my first contact with a member of staff was the lady on reception. It was terrible. It was the worst welcome I have received in fifty years of staying in hotels. I said “Hello” - no answer. She just said ID in an over quiet voice. No smile, no thank you, nothing. Although the hotel was reasonable but we will never stay there again. Please remember, first impressions count!

The Saukville Motel 6 was about what i had expected, especially for the price. Nothing really great, but also nothing really bad. Good price for a single night, during a busy weekend in the greater Milwaukee area.
