The rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. It’s a walking distance from the Kenosha Metra station.

The hotel is out dated and the service is not great. The bath towels are very small and thin. We had laundry stains on the sheets and they gave us a fresh set, but told us we had to change the linens ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable. It was a disappointing stay.

My state at this property was quite pleasant. It was very quiet peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly at the front desk and I would say if anything that the rules to the swimming pool should change you should extend the hours to at least 12 midnight but only for the adults, and if there are children, the children should stay in the room, but that’s just one of my opinions but the thing for me that was questionable was housekeeping I was there for two days and a room did not get clean once and I also left the sign outside of the door that said maid service when we checked in we only had one towel, one face rag and one floor mat

Disappointed visit

when I arrived the first room had water in the tub and no heat. Then the 2nd room had no heat and manager couldn't get thermostat to work. Finally, the 3rd room had heat an was clean. However the staff at the desk were not very friendly. The room was not cleaned daily but I didn't know you had to request it. They never emptied the garbage ir brought clean towels. When checking out I did not get a receipt. The manager said it would come from Expedia. Never got it. I stayed at a Wyndham in Janesville and had no problems. But I will never stay here again.

Right on downtown and they have an indoor pool. What I did not like was that the sofa chair inside the room was dirty and had stains all over it and carpet wasn’t the cleanest.

Our stay was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a hotel - we traveled in from out of town for a wedding. We returned from the wedding and the room next to us as extremely loud. I contacted the front desk several times through out the night and nothing was done. They did not stop until the early morning hours. I spoke with the manager in the morning who said I would be able to get both of my rooms refunded but I had to contact Expedia and then they ended up only approving one room not both. I also booked a handicap room which we did not get - and also requested rooms that connected since I have 5 children. I was also told that was unavailable. I’m glad we were only stuck there one night.
