The layout of the building is different as the main entrance is on the 3rd floor. The outside could use some update but the inside looks great. Enjoyed the lake view room.

To call this place a dump is an insult to dumps all over the country. For what I paid for this should have been a quality hotel with quality rooms. The hotel should be condemned. They had to move my Room three times. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room didn't have a refrigerator and the TV didn't work. I finally got to the third room and was tired of changing. In the bathroom, the toilet paper was sitting on the sink because there was no toilet paper roll in the holder. The shower hardly drained no matter what you tried, and TV didn’t work because there's no reception probably because of cheap satellite. Also, I needed to get new batteries for the remote and that was intermittent. There were screws sticking out of the walls where old artwork hung and two additional holes in the wall were anchors where I presume there was a thermostat. Obviously, the owners don't care how the hotel looks and doesn’t want to spend a dime upgrading it or fixing anything and the staff just shrug their shoulders because there's nothing they can do and it’s kind of hard to blame them. I would avoid this place like the plague. It would be worth it to drive another 15 to 20 minutes because unfortunately, there's only one other hotel downtown Kenosha and all the rest are by the highway. I wish somebody would make an investment and open a decent hotel downtown.

We arrived very late for check in and had no issues. There was a very nice breakfast available. We were not able to take advantage of the other amenities as we were simply too busy during our visit to Kenosha but at the end of the day, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable the staff was friendly.

Great stay!

Great hotel with lovely view of the lake for half the rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Only complaint is the echo-chamber of a hallway with tile floors.

Paper thin walls

Wasn’t expecting the walls to be paper thin..my fiance and I could hear a couple arguing right next door while trying to get some sleep before our half marathon race the next morning. If they can improve on the noise level I would’ve gave this stay a higher rating..

Room had a terrible chemical smell. Floor in the room had numerous cracks and chips. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had sufficient hot water. Breakfast did not look bad, your typical free breakfast offerings.

Its by the lake. But the property itself is very poorly maintained. The room we first got was dirty, sink clogged, drapes dirty amd ripped, sheets stained AND found a bed bug. Horrible experience never have I stayed at a hotel for the price I paid and had such a horrible experience. pool area being dirty and only 3ft., jacuzzi not working properly. Breakfast claim to be hot buffet only had three items to choose from and was not good at all. Never will I ever recommend or go to this hotel again
