Surroundings are policed, too rough a neighborhood as it appears. Unusually too silly as the square toilet, etc. Bed wasn’t made. Some staff acted like they were haughty and robotic.

I had pre-paid for the visit, am a Marriott Ambassador, and had lost my wallet. They refused to give me access to my room until a kind stranger paid the incidentals fee. I offered my Ramp card, Apple Pay, any way to pay, and both the front desk and manager refused me, ultimately opting to let me sleep outside in the rain instead of providing access to the room I had already paid for. They also informed me a refund would not be issued LOL. Love Marriott, Hate this location. Would never recommend.

Hotel itself is very nice and was a great location for what we were in town for! The parking was expensive (added $40 to the night). The beds were very uncomfortable so did not have a restful sleep unfortunately.

During our 3 night stay, our room was NOT serviced a single time. We had to ask for coffee every morning, and towels every night. The outside area has homeless people ambulating, sometimes intimidating. The front desk staff was outstanding and tried very hard to compensate for housekeeping failure.
