Breakfast was fresh. Coffee was kept full. Individual rooms were clean.
TV/internet cable did not work properly for 2 days. It would turn off every 3-5 minutes, show a warning "weak or low signal, Check antenna cable connection" for 2-3 minutes, then turn back on. I informed management, they tried for a bit, but never got it working correctly. I did let them know that it still didn't work on second day too. Other lodgers said they had the same problem, so I couldn't change rooms. I was told that the rate would be adjusted or compensated. I was informed when I checked out that the Manager was unavailable until after 11:00 am. I was told only he was authorized to do that. I was unable to stay to speak with him, so it didn't happen.
Also, Carpet was sticky, with dirty dark stains in common areas. A nasty bloody looking tissue was in the corner of the main stairs going up from lobby for two days.
I would not stay again.
