Overall we had a good sleep. Upon arrival, we noticed that the refrigerator and microwave had not been cleaned. They were dirty inside and out. There was also a big patch on the ceiling that was taped and mudded, but unfinished. I do have to say that the bed, pullout, floors, and bathroom were overall clean. Clean sheets/blanket, no crumbs on floor. We had a large deck off of the room which was nice. The pool area was alright. Half of the jets in the hot tub were not working, but the temperature of the hottub and pool were very nice. Breakfast area was nice. Great coffee. It was good, but not excellent, as the other reviews are saying.

This hotel needs a serious refresh in the rooms. Staff didn't seem to care and room cleanliness was very questionable. Blankets had hair on them and didn't looked cleaned at all.

It's a good place to stay to go to chanhassen dinner theatre. Comfortable beds and nice and warm. Also nice breakfast.

Overpriced and Dirty

This facility was not clean...hair on the towels, splatters on all the mirrors, evidently not getting cleaned thoroughly. On the second night of our stay we didn't have any electricity in the bedroom, the lights wouldn't turn on and we couldn't charge anything near the beds. The keypad to the room would give us a shock every time we touched our card to it and entered the room. Overpriced and dirty. I won't return.

Checked in saw room and immediately checked out. Was not going to have my family stay here. Rating is very mis-leading. Stayed here a number of years ago and it was fine, clearly is run down and looks to have new management that is not taking care of it. Beds were broken down, bathroom was moldy, broken down fixtures and just nasty.

Pool was so filthy people are writing words in the scum. Scraping words like fart and poop. Super classy. Hot tub was broken but no one mentioned so. I came for the hot tub. Absolute disappointment.
