Room 205 needs to be remodeled. The carpet/tile edge needs to be repaired, there were several screws missing and the edge was very loose. The whole room could use a fresh cleaning/painting.

The lobby was filled with cigarette smoke from the staff, who was smoking in the room behind the check-in desk. Great way to start the check-in process! The sheets of my bed were stained and dirty, obviously hadn’t been changed since the previous occupant. The walls were paper thin, I was awoken by my next-door neighbors holding a reasonable conversation at about 5:30 AM. Not yelling, just talking to each other. Highly advise staying away from this property.

The room was filthy. Carpet not vacuumed and covered in debree. Handprints on headboard. Stains on towels and bedding. One of the lamps didn't work. Dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The only plus was the staff was friendly.

Needs maintenance

Staff was very nice but hotel is not maintained well. Nails sticking up from floor, no hot water for shower (sink was warm), breakfast is minimal. Very noisy- lobby music and guest noise.

A good clean place to stay

Most of the staff was friendly and the room and pool area was clean and nice. I would have left a higher rated review but some of the staff there were seemingly less friendly. Me and my significant other both work in customer service and although nothing rude was said the facial expressions definitely were telling. We would ask basic things and some of the staff made it feel like we were an issue. My family did appreciate the accommodations due to the event we had to put together in a short time and the morning staff where always very chipper and happy to help which helped a lot with my disability.

Won’t stay again

Front desk man was rude upon check in. Room requested was two rooms connected due to large family. When mentioned the man informed us that they didn’t have a joined room as we had requested and that it kids got too loud we would be kicked out. Third night there when we walked into the building you could smell weed being smoke around the front desk area. The attendant person was in the office with lights off and door closed. Other guests kids were racist with speech towards our daughter as well.
