Broken ice machine, broken elevator. Somebody was in the room while we were gone, things messed with and a piece of fake jewelry was left on my bed, spoke to people in charge in the evening when I returned and the manager in the morning and it went on deaf ears!!!

Elevator food not work for 1/2 my stay, no discount received for inconvenience. Room wasn't ready when i checked in the first evening after housekeeping left for the day. I was moved up one floor and the elevator was not working. Did not receive maid service written requested. Staff was not attentive. Expected a discount for inconvenience, didn't even receive apologies

Property was okay but not one I'd visit again. My TV has no remote, the room smelled like someone smoked in it 3 years ago and it never went away, the super bright lights on the outside that lit up the building went straight into my window all night, my key stopped working on the second day I was there, the elevator went down on the last day, and the entire building was not consistently cooled down during the heat. Oh, and my mini fridge wasn't stable, every time I tried to open the door I would drag the whole thing out.

I was trapped in the elevator when it broke down. It was not immediately repaired (three days) and my room was on the 4th floor. They do not accept credit cards for miscellaneous items at the front desk.

Not a pleasant stay

No parking spots, no shampoo in the room & staff was unable to find any. Bed is hard and so are pillows. Air conditioning turns off and on throughout the night with no way to have the fan stay on. Do not recommend at all.

Enjoyed our 2 night there. We were on main floor so that was nice. Their elevators were out and ice machines. But that was not a big inconvenience for myself. Staff was great and accommodating and we enjoyed breakfast and I enjoy coffee being around after 2pm 😁

Not likely to stay again

Elevator was broke the entire stay and there was no offer to help with luggage to the 3rd & 4th floors. Breakfast was eggs & CHICKEN strips, Alarm clock buzzed intermittently, & the toilet ran off & on the entire stay. I was also charged $5 more than what my invoice said it was going to be.

Was clean and well lit. Shower curtain rod was broken so bathroom got very wet. Water didn’t get very hot either. Would stay again. Hopefully with a functional shower curtain next time :)

This property is very very outdated and it's clear that the owners do not care about investing changing that. Some repairs had been made in my room, with very rough finishes.... Did not look good at all. The shower head was caked with hard water deposit. Knew there was no literature or information in my room and I was not notified upon checking in that you have to request cleaning services to your room. Therefore, I went two whole days without service by the time I found out. The indoor pool was on the cool side, and the lights were very dim in that area. Would not recommend. You get what you pay for.
