We asked for a room with a kitchenette, but there were no utensils, pots and pans, or dish soap to clean them if we had them. Our television didn’t work for the first three nights that we stayed. After we asked three times, maintenance finally came on the last day. No coat hangers. There aren’t many places to walk around but we managed while visiting family.

The room was spacious and comfortable, we stayed in a room with a jacuzzi. The shampoo bottle was empty and the shower head needs fixing other than that I can not complain. It was quiet and comfortable. Will be booking again in the near future.

We have stayed here a number of times, however, this time we had to go to the desk for ice, which was inconvenient since they were busy checking people in at times. I took a shower and the floor flooded because of the location of the showerhead. We thought our room was going to be cleaned the next day, so cleaned the mess from the shower and waited. The next day, wet towels were still on the floor, bed not made. When I went to ask about the cleaning, I was told someone would be there soon. No reaction from the deskclerk regarding the problem with the shower flooding the bathroom. Had to ask twice for towels and was told only had jpool towels, the rest was in the laundry !?? We asked for a bucket of ice our last night there and only received half a bucket. Was told that was all they had. Really wondering if there is new management or if we are going to have to change where we stay when we are in the area. The deskclerk didn't know what a broom and dustpan was. We were trying to clean up from our granddaughter eating in the dining area.

The bed was comfortable. The room was large. We were in.an accessible room so we had a large shower, unfortunately there was issues with the hand held shower head. It would not stay on the holder so it had to be held the entire time whichade showering difficult.
