Wonderful hotel and staff

My husband and I brought my son and his friends for a trip. They had a blast with the bowling alley, arcade, and food. They went checked out the mall of america and state fair while we stayed. Me and my husband loved the bar. Staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely stay again and again.

The rooms could be cleaner looks like they don’t clean the sheets or change them for new people pillows are not good, but bed is comfortable. Clock radio must be unplugged. It is set to go off in the middle of the night and cannot fix this.

We found someone’s pill in our sheets of our bed. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are not the staff could be friendlier. They all have a little bit of an attitude. The breakfast area is never restocked. Not sure why cause someone is working that area but they do not restock it very well

The pillows were not good. Too soft. Mattress is hard. Food options great due to adjoining bowling alley. That was a great idea to have. Update all furniture. Hotel has an very old presence. All staff was very friendly courteous.

We didn't have any fresh towels or wash cloths and we had issues with the tv not working. Maintenance came quickly to check the tv and got it working. We went down and got fresh towels and wash cloths. Overall it was a good place to stay!

Average Hotel

Room was nice size and clean / Location was easy to get to / Breakfast was great / Pool and Hottub good size / The attached restuarant and bowling alley w/arcade games was okay but service was not the best there (maybe understaffed). About the only negative I have about this hotel was the parking lot attached to the main lot had a few vehicles that were there the entire time we were there with people in them - oddly they would move a parking spot but always sat looking into the hotel direction makes you wonder about safety expecially with children.
