Stay fee details

We understand that they need eminate fees But they scan your credit card and that is very scary and intimidating. If they chrage a fee and put it back on your card that is more understandable than what they did. Not happy with that.

Great service as soon as I walked through the door. Quick check in. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds!! Great breakfast!! Great size hot tub, and was fun watching the kids on the slide.

Don't stay here!

Our stay started with us getting into our room that was awfully humid. We thought they might not have gotten the sheets dried all the way so no big deal. A few minutes after being in the room we couldn't stand the smell of it so we went and bought a scent plug-in. When we returned I was in the bathroom and noticed dripping water from the ceiling. It was ceiling tiles so i was able to remove the tile and inspect where the water was coming from. Upon looking for the leak above, i noticed a bunch of mold above the ceiling. We have a 1 and 3 year old so we immediately decided we wanted a refund. I went to the front desk and was told they would have to ask the manager if we could have a refund. At this point our children were wanting to swim at the water park (the only reason we picked this hotel), so we took them down to the pool. Coincidentally, the hotel told us we could have a refund but saw the kids going to the pool and told us we have 20 minutes to pack up amd check out. The worker at the front desk was very confrontational and unprofessional. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. Ive also seen from other reviews we're not the only ones to find mold in our room.

The slide was fun for the family, and over all it was an Ok stay. The room itself was clean, but the gym wasn’t clean and the bike pedals had something wrong with them. Breakfast area was really dirty, and the person who was running it was kind of rude.

Property is old and condition poor. When staying longer than 2 days housekeeping should automatically change towels and empty trash. Hotel seemed understaffed.

The pool and waterslides were amazing. the room was nice and roomy as well. Loved that they had a mini waffle marker in addition to the big one. Didn't care for the hot food at breakfast much. Also seemed a bit short staffed, when I called for more toilet paper, they said it'd be like an hour before they could bring it up to us. But overall, I'd give it a solid 8 and we would return again!

The pull out couch was so uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. The check in guy said there were no roll aways left and the slide was down for maintenance. He would not give any discount for it! It was the main reason we chose to pay that much.

Breakfast was great for amount of people I had with. The dining area was too small for the amount of guests and we were forced to eat in the lobby. There was only one highchair for children so guests took turns using it. There was loose tile in the bathrooms of our rooms. There was a large water leak from the ceiling in one of the rooms. It was wet totally in that bathroom and in to the living area. Cribs were advertised as available. Requested one each night and was told none were available. So I had to order a crib from Walmart. After paying nearly $800 for 2 rooms for 2 nights this would not be a hotel I would use again. And lastly the slide in the pool area at the property was shut down.

The water slide at the pool was broken. The pool was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. It was very disappointing to find out it wasn’t working. Also, the front desk staff need to shower and wash their clothes. Their body odor was quite offensive.
