We let tje hotel know we were coming in after midnight because of a flight delay. Nobody was at the desk took is a half hour to get someone to come to the desk.

The hotel was very rundown and dated. It smelled musty, the floors and entryways were dirty. Our room seemed somewhat updated, but in the morning we discovered there were vomit stains on the mattress. The jacuzzi (the reason we purchased the room) also took 2 hours to fill due to low water pressure.

The air-conditioner worked well. The television and alarm radio didn't work at all. There were stains on the floor. The faucet in the bathroom sink was not attached correctly. The bed was comfortable. Parking was sufficient.

Has potential

The room we stayed in was nicely updated with new fixtures, flooring, bedding, etc. the room was very nice looking. We were really excited to use the jetted tub. Before climbing in, I noticed a long hair. No big deal, went to grab a towel to clean it out and realized there was only one towel in the room. When I got back to the tub, I noticed the drain was just clogged with hairs - and Decided we would not be using it. Upon closer inspection of the room, I realized how dirty the wood floors and baseboards were. We would have left, but it was late and had nowhere else to go. The bed only had a sheet and the thin bed covering - no blanket. The bed was not super comfortable. The hallways have updated carpeting, but don’t look like they’ve ever been vacuumed. The outside of the hotel/parking lot is dirty with empty alcohol bottles laying around and broken down gum equipment near the trees. The parking is in the rear of the building, which is a bit awkward. The hotel and hotels.com worked together to get me a partial refund and we’re satisfied. The hotel has potential if housekeeping improves.

The Room was dirty! The mirror had SOMETHING on it. Breakfast was nothing and advertised has having a light breakfast. Customer service did not exist.
