Confusion at the front desk at check-in. Took longer than it should to get a room assigned for a guaranteed reservation. Someone showed up an hour or so later trying to get into the room with their key. Another person knocked on door saying “front desk” -all of this happened after 11 pm when we were already trying to sleep. Very disruptive and confusing why it wasn’t clear we had been assigned that room at check-in so it wasn’t available for others to show up later. Fortunately we had the door deadbolted.

Great stay!
George, at the reception desk, was fantastic! The hotel was lovely, well appointed, and our room was so clean and spacious! The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were so soft. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel room itself was clean but I forgot my toiletry bag on the back of the bathroom door with my prescription medication and at least $150 worth of other skincare and hair products. When I called to inquire about it being sent to me, my calls were not returned. I left several voicemails on the managers number and spoke to at least two different front desk workers regarding this issue. I received one voicemail two days later saying that the bag was not found….hanging in the bathroom right after I checked out. Will not be staying here again.

I really liked the person at the front desk, he was super friendly. We got up to our room and it was very clean and welcoming. The price was very affordable as well. This will be my top choice for hotels when I’m in the Minneapolis area.
