Clean neat good breakfast great staff other than when I asked for late checkout from 11 to 1 we had cleaning staff twice knock and ask if we checked out or if they could clean and it was weird the third time the front desk that approved late check out and charged me 25 dollars for 2 more hours came with the cleaning crew and the knocked again i know because this time I finally answered said I paid for late check out i am leaving at 1 they said nothing walked away 3 times in 2 hours we were interrupted with our relaxing stay left at a little after 12 because of these intrusions rude disrespectful especially after accepting my money for two more hours then not telling all the staff so I get three knocks on the door the rest of the stay was enjoyable room was clean stocked amenities nice other than hotel hottub had at least 12 or more in a 6 person capacity people diving in and tons of kids toys in it during our stay we had a private one that saved the trip for us we would stay again just book late check out way in advance so communication could possibly be transfered to the whole staff so we do not get disturbed needlessly and persistently

I have paid for Queen bed minimum if not king . I never like Full bed they are horror small and extremely discomfortable. So most off Wyndham are Scammers will report them for BBB. The Beads sheet is two different kind one is also dirty & made em upside down, the heat unit was broken and building ice inside the room and extremely ly laude, i request a two person bed and they provided me a full bed size which is disgustingly Scam

The staff at the desk was great. The room had garbage left from other guests still. The shower was either too cold or no water pressure. Then the tub filled to mid calf level after because it obviously needs to have drain cleaning. Location was good, not too noisy outside, they cannot control the inside guests noise though which is understandable.

I love the easy access to the major arteries of Minneapolis/St Paul, to the airport and to the Mall of America. The rate was one of the lowest in the area, but the quality was top notch. Very accommodating reception and comfortable, clean rooms. The heating/cooling unit was a little noisy but not enough to derail a good night’s sleep. Great experience.
