Upon entering hotel a guest was smoking in the entry way where management and employee could see nothing was done my husband asked that she smoke outside as our child had asthma and that is a extreme trigger for her entry way was full of smoke smell my daughter has had to go back to using her nebulizer because of it. First room we had went to adjust the thermostat and it fell off. Booked hotel for its pool which was pictured functional only to find out it has not been operational for months and is being used for storage. Also signage all over about being a non smoking hotel and room will be charged if you smoke in building but must not extend to entryways!

No pool
The pool is under renos but appears to be used as a storage area. Google and booking dot com still show it as having a pool! We had only thin fleece on the beds, no comforters and only 1 towel and hand towel in the bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty as well. The actual room was decently clean and the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly

Booked this place because it was convenient and had a pool for my kids. When we got there the pool was closed indefinitely. Our room was not vacuumed and only had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for a double queen. No wash cloths or a bath mat. Curtains would not close all the way. Everything was dated and in rough shape. No housekeeping came to our room while we were gone to refresh towels or change garbages. Breakfast was an absolute joke, frozen waffles that were sitting in a pan under a heat lamp, bagels were stale, and a hodgepodge of different cereals mixed together. Juice machine did not work. For what we got, this place was way overpriced. I did not feel safe asking for a refund or even to have the issues addressed. I checked out early and will never go back.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent, as was the bed. The carpeting was dirty, the room was so hot and stuffy, it was hard to sleep and the A/C didn't work so it couldn't be cooled. The swimming pool was shuttered. Breakfast consisted of Eggos under a warming light, apples and an assortment of bread. Very disappointing.

Had one of my worst experience at this property. Dirty, smells, keys constantly having issues, no room service,,,,, the one star is just for one of the staff who was welcoming and nice.

Management extremely irresponsible. A man introduced himself to me as the GM and another employee told me later that he wasn't the GM but a Maintenance person. I was checked in an out of order room.TV and Fridge not working in that room, microwave unplugged, marijuana smell and filty towels. Rude, untrained and unprofessional staff. NEVER Book this motel again.

The large bathroom counter and shower were nice. Bed was comfortable. Didn't like: The microwave oven had to be moved to the desk/table to reach the electrical outlet. The internet and cable TV were spotty. Breakfast offerings were terrible except for the cosmic crisp apples.

The customer service was average but everything else was below, pool wasn’t working, which would have been nice to give a heads up. And then went down for breakfast and selection was horrible, juice machines were out of order as well. Won’t be staying there again, would not recommend

This place needs to be clean, it was filthy flies and bugs were in the room the moment we opened the door. Lightening was terrible the room was very dark and cold, there was no way to even stay we left immediately. This place is not worth the price at all.

We stayed for 3 nights. There was no wifi and as people travelling in a different country we relied on this. The entire time it was not repaired and they Continued to tell us they were working on it. The pool was completed closed - no access. Breakfast was bagels and eggo waffles - no other options. Not even fruit or yogurt. Coffee was never replaced. Breakfast was advertised at 6am during the weekdays but wasn’t set up until 7:30am. The staff was never actually behind the counter and among All this - when we brought these to their attention the staff shrugged and did Not care. We asked for some compensation and were Told no - we could call a manager if we wanted to complain. Would not stay again.
