Right next to Cracker Barrel

My adult daughter and I planned a quick 2 night trip to Mall of America which is only 15 minutes away from the hotel. I loved the friendliness of the staff. It was right next to Cracker Barrel, so that was nice too. The A/C worked great too. On the con side it could use an update for example the paint can use an update in the bathroom. I would stay here again, we felt safe and welcomed. PS if you are short like me (5’1”) the beds in our room are high. I travel with a little step for beds like this.

Room door handle did not work, handle/lever hanging straight down, loose. Sink had 1/4" hole in it and drained water onto floor. Hotel run down, sea containers in parking lot in front of hotel. Response from hotel was 0 when I send them pictures.

Overall good experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options included waffle maker, scrambled eggs and bacon along with hot and cold cereals, pastries, yogurt, juice and coffee/tea. Beds were comfortable. Rooms had refrigerator and microwave. Didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.
