We booked mostly for the pool area, but also for location and free breakfast. The pool area was great. Too busy, but that can't be helped. The location was perfect for what we needed. We didn't find out until check in that breakfast is only grab & go currently. It would have been nice to know that before booking. They also do not have coffee available in the evenings & when we tried to get some in the morning, the creamer was empty. Disappointing for frequent coffee drinkers. Overall, it was not a horrible experience, but we would pick somewhere else if we were back in the area.

We felt very unsafe. I have 3 children and didn’t feel safe staying there. There is security watching the parking lot. People hanging around outside. We checked in and left. Rooms were very run down and gross.

I was generally happy. I loved the inside pool. I was greatly pleased to have joint rooms for my family. There was some unpleasantness. We had continuous problems with opening one of our rooms. It was unfortunate breakfast wasn’t available as normal but there were options for packaged items.

Continental breakfast was unavailable during our stay, as it was under construction and being worked on, so we only got “lunch bag” breakfast while staying which was disappointing however it is obviously only temporary and until the breakfast area is renovated.

Was close to shopping! Offered shuttle but difficult for older people to get into van. Driver not helpful. Handicapped rooms with roll in showers should not be so far from front desk!! Hard to get to any amenities!! Rooms are being remodeled which bathrooms do need! Beds and furniture where comfortable. Would stay again if could get a handicap roll in shower room closer to front desk!

Terrible customer service, definitely needs some renovation. I would not recommend a stay here. Windows weren't clean and the desk was not cleaned in the room. Room was not clean throughly.
