I didn’t think it was fair to charge for parking but not tell customers before booking. I also didn’t think it was fair to say that a continental breakfast was included in the stay… but they had bags of “food” to grab. I felt like we were in prison or something to grab our meal. There was a small bottle of water, a muffin, yogurt and a bar. I think they need to be more transparent before customers book. I also found it odd that check in was so late… I’ve never been to a hotel that has a 4:00pm check in.

Dime size spot on pillowcase. Free bagged breakfast not good. Long walks to front desk for older folks. Unknown 200 damage deposit not a good thing especially when on a budget vacation and no other way to pay for items when your card is emptied. The frig was not plugged in which we didn't realize until later. Beds are comfortable. Staff and shuttle service very nice.

This hotel charges you to park in there own parking lot per night. This hotel only cleans the room on the 3rd day, and we only stayed the weekend so the 2nd day I didn't see our room get cleaned and was told they only clean on the 3rd! I did make a request to please clean the room and they did. Breakfast was only a paper bag with a muffin, protein bar, and juice. I will never stay at his hotel or it's others again.

Their pool area was ice cold with no towels and that weekend they provided a bagged breakfast with an apple, and a granola bar because their kitchen was shut down. Tons of guest were very unhappy and complaining.

We got in late. The room was dirty. Saw old food on the floor the next day. Rusty pieces on bathroom floor. Men blowing grass saturday morning…..blowing grass on you walking out. My kids enjoyed the pool area only reason i didnt leave the next day and book somewhere else after i noticed how dirty the room was. Also saw ants in the bathroom shower area.

STAY HERE IF YOU HATE SLEEP

Our flight got in late so when I checked in at 2am, I requested a late checkout, which the desk attendant confirmed for noon. After getting over the rock hard pillows and musty smell of our bedding, we finally fell asleep but were then woken up by housekeeping trying to clean the room. I explained to them that we had a late checkout and closed the door. About 30 minutes later I received a call on my cellphone from the front desk demanding that we vacate the room. I reiterated that I already had arranged for a late checkout. After getting a bit of pushback, they finally agreed to let us stay, but everyone had woken up so the damage had been done, so we just packed up and left. The pool area was cool though...

I did not expect to pay so much for a one night stay, definitely will be getting another hotel even if we have to drive to the mall. After attending a very chlorine smelling pool with our toddler and no available pool towels; we decided to shower and to our surprise there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the bottles that are provided for you. We didn’t know there was a parking fee which is ridiculous, if you are already staying at the hotel, shouldn’t it already be included. We were told about a “Continental breakfast” it was a white lunch bag with a gross cheese danish, small water bottle, and granola bar. We decided to check out early and leave such a disappointing expensive hotel. Would’ve given one star but the staff, pool, and the shuttle to the mall saved this hotel. FYI if you do happen to want the very sad breakfast make sure to get there early because families of 4 will take about 20 bags. Since no one is around the breakfast area.

Room good, staff great, hotel itself a let down

The staff was friendly when we arrived and enjoyable. The hotel itself was a let down. There are little cosmetic issues that chould be fixed as the hotel is slowly going down hill. Peeling wall paper, landscape weeding, pool area rust and dirty vents. Many issues that bring the feel of a good hotel down. Our room was nice amd clean with a wonderful bed. Very disappointed at the white sack breakfast left sitting on a table for 3 hours. Grab and go with warm yogurts and orange juice (no juice the 2nd day), a chewy bar, a tiny bottle of water. Came with a 2 piece mini muffin - dry. Our microwave didnt work but the maintenance staff came right away and found tripped circuit. Had 2 other trainees with and all 3 helpful, pleasant and quick. The "Game room" is a series of pay claw machines and the only dual person racing video game had only 1 side that worked. When we booked online we did not see that we also had to pay for parking at $10.99 daily. The front desk said all the area has to pay. We didn't go off their site directly so we did not see pay parking. We ate at the restaurant called Fogão Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse which was pricey but great food and staff. The water park is not meant for adults and is great for a family with smaller children. I am not sure we would stay again. In a nutshell The staff are wonderful, helpful, and good customer service. Bulding needs TLC, Room clean and enjoyable.

The rooms were very nice and quiet and the beds weee extremely comfortable! However, the pool area had no security and there were so many kids unsupervised and older kids (12-14) were making it difficult to use the water park for smaller kids as they were holding up the slide and pushing kids down it. A number of parents tried to intervene and the kids threatened them and threw expletives at them. This same family of kids were stealing food, drinks, and candy from the small store (right next to the check in desk) and the staff were unable to do anything about it. It was a shame that their security guard was NO WHERE to be found when this was all taking place! We will not stay at this location again because of the lack of security that took the enjoyment from my grandchildren and disheartened my view of unaccountability!
