We were slightly disappointed with our stay. We have stayed here before and it was great but this time not so much. The ceiling in the shower was leaking-we think because someone above us was showering. When maintenance came he just dried it up. Our coffee maker didn’t work. The elevator broke down more than once. There was an exit door alarm that was going off for hours.

Our stay at this hotel was overall a positive experience. Its location is great if you are attending any event at US Bank Stadium. We went in December and the hotel was decorated for the holidays--very cute. If you like a rustic theme, this is the place for you. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and overall the hotel was very clean. The negative: the only two negatives were the water pressure is very high. It was like you were being showered with a pressure washer. Secondly, the lowest temperature our room got was a balmy 79 degrees. We did mention this to the front desk person the next morning as we stayed two nights and mentioned they will have maintenance take a look. We arrive back to the hotel that evening and the temperature was lowered by 1 degree. Overall--very positive experience, just sharing the hiccups we had.

This was an unexpected stay as the place I usually stay at for Vikings games was unavailable. I’m so glad! Excellent room, beautiful decor, friendly helpful staff. Really a great experience We were able to easily walk to game as well as to several great restaurants and Nicollet mall. Really a great place to stay.
