Booked this specific hotel because of its EV chargers, but they didn’t work. When we asked staff they just said “not sure, must not work.” They said they would contact the manager but not sure if they ever did, because the issue was not resolved. Gave us keys to check into a dirty room (looked like someone was still spending time there). We had booked a king and this was a 2 queen room. In addition, staff never apologized for the miscommunication, just gave us a different room that wasn’t much better. Main light in room didn’t work, only the lamps. No kleenex in bathroom, just the empty tissue box. TV was not working, had to reset ourselves & had broken pixels in the screen (2-3), which made the image come in differently. Overall, not a great experience. I was highly disappointed.
