We were told we could get a shuttle reserved when we checked in. I tried to call ahead of time but could not reserve a time close to our flight time. We wound up having to take a 3am shuttle to go sit at the airport for 3 hours. I wish I would have known that sooner so more communication about the shuttle when we reserved the room would have been great.

Hotel is great! Really nice rooms and staff. It can get pretty loud depending on which runways are being used at the airport which is right across the street. You mainly have to drive for fining options. If you’re looking for a place near the Mall of America or the airport this is a great hotel. If you’re looking for a perfectly quiet stay I’d look elsewhere where because the planes can get pretty loud at times.

Night shift manager at the front desk ignored me for a long time when I was trying to check in. Made me feel like I was a burden for trying to check in. He was not friendly and unwelcoming and due to this experience I am reluctant to return to stay at the Cambria hotel. In addition, breakfast was not included with my stay.

This is a great hotel! The staff were friendly, my room was spacious and clean, parking is free, and the proximity to the Mall of America is great. The only issue is how close to the airport it is. It was so loud and planes are consistently flying over of course, so it was really difficult to sleep. There isn’t much the hotel can do to prevent that but if you’re looking for a spot that is quiet, this is not it.

I have stayed here twice in the last month and think that it was generally great for the price paid. The first night, the guests above us were loud but that was not the property’s fault. The food quality at the bar was amazing for what we paid. The dinner total per person was like $15 a piece. The second stay was very quiet however the room had a little more wear and tear and wasn’t as clean but we have a very critical eye for these things but nothing was a deal breaker. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was fresh/clean. Overall I would choose this hotel for another girls night anytime.
