This is a great hotel! The staff were friendly, my room was spacious and clean, parking is free, and the proximity to the Mall of America is great. The only issue is how close to the airport it is. It was so loud and planes are consistently flying over of course, so it was really difficult to sleep. There isn’t much the hotel can do to prevent that but if you’re looking for a spot that is quiet, this is not it.

I have stayed here twice in the last month and think that it was generally great for the price paid. The first night, the guests above us were loud but that was not the property’s fault. The food quality at the bar was amazing for what we paid. The dinner total per person was like $15 a piece. The second stay was very quiet however the room had a little more wear and tear and wasn’t as clean but we have a very critical eye for these things but nothing was a deal breaker. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was fresh/clean. Overall I would choose this hotel for another girls night anytime.

Upon stumbling upon bedbugs the last day I don’t know what was worse the fact they never cleaned the room being there 4 days after requesting multiple times or the staff that doesn’t acknowledge any one or any request at all! Told the supervisor on shift about the bug even caught one in a cup for her! Nothing happened yuck

Nice big room. In room phone didn’t work so I had to use my cell to call front desk. Very loud group in the room above us so I called the desk and they sent someone to take of it. It worked! Thanks!
