The room was very nice and comfortable. The parking garage just outside our room blared classical music into our room all night long and was very annoying. We didn't leave our room until about noon both days we stayed and couldn't get housekeeping to clean our room or replace the necessities.

The bartender was extremely rude and tried kicking a service animal out, she made a huge scene, it was downright disrespectful. The trash in our bathroom still had trash in it from the previous people. The conditioner bottle was completely empty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is nice enough. The location is great. Our room was clean. However, there was only one of several items in a room meant for two people: one wash cloth in the bathroom, one coffee cup for the Keurig machine, etc. It was also very noisy, no soundproofing to block off the noises in the rest of the hotel. They put us right by the elevators. It was frustrating.
