Nice place, very clean, room was nice, staff was nice and helpful. Close to Target Field was great. Need more eating options. The area was a little sketchy, with lots of homeless campsites. Parking was expensive for uncovered and unsecure parking. Parking should be free. Even with some of the negative, I would stay there again.

Hotel very well presented but is in a sea of parking lots. Very pleasant welcome. Room very well presented, clean and very comfortable. Good selection of beverages at bar and fun bar tenders. Breakfast is good and not expensive. Waiter served. Dinner options are very tasty. The district is interesting. Downtown Minneapolis is not welcoming and the Council needs to sort out the issues if they want more visitors.

For my first time in Minneapolis, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to a lot of dining options, which made dining pretty convenient.

We had a great stay here. The staff was very nice, the room was just as nice, and we made good use of the in-hotel-gym. Also enjoyed the bar. Only complaint would be the unsavory characters that lurk in the area around the hotel, but hey, it's downtown Minneapolis. Can't really fault them. Also our room had a beautiful view of a billboard. Petty issues, overall the place was great.

I can't comment on my stay since it never happened. The Orbitz calendar locked me into a reservation for 8/19/24 instead of 8/20/24. I contacted the hotel and Orbitz to correct the date. Neither would correct the date and required payment for the full night's lodging.

The hotel looks nice upon arrival and is being updated.The room, however, was not complete. The ceiling light fixture was hanging out and didn’t work. There were also open holes in the wall where fixtures were missing. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversations of your neighbors. Finally, make sure to ask for a room away from the Twins Stadium Parking Structure. They play loud music from 7am - 11pm which you can hear and feel in your room. Staff was nice and had great food recommendations nearby.

The staff at this hotel is so helpful and so friendly and it really made me feel welcome and appreciated. The selection of local beers at the bar area was excellent and the food was really good I recommend the pulled pork sandwich by the way. The rooms were fantastic comparable to hotels at twice the price within walking distance. I actually moved to this hotel from the hotel that my convention was at because it was less expensive and had better service. Room was very modern updated clean beds were comfortable towels or soft shower was new very pleased with this hotel.
