Really noisy guests at all hours. Could hear conversations in the hallway clear as day. Pretty smelly - first floor smelled like fish. Ice machines were broken on 3 of the 4 floors. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel but smells like cigarette smoke throughout. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The building was absolutely beautiful felt very safe. They had a great breakfast and would truly stay there again. The only downfall was the room we had the curtains don’t completely close and there is outside light shining in the room at night.

When we entered our room the door on the closet was smashed. Refrigerator did not work informed front desk was expecting them to switch out did not happen. Hair dryer worked when it wanted to.

Exceptionally wonderful hotel staff!

Very friendly, efficient and thoughtful staff, including Zamon at front desk. The lobby is bright and welcoming, and I’ll be very glad to stay there again. Only concerns were having no WiFi in the room in the morning, and very little hot water and water pressure between 9-10pm. But it’s close to the airport with very quick and good airport shuttle.
