Our AC did not work in our room, we brought it up to the front desk and they came to check and contacted the GM. We were moved to another room after 9p. The GM was nice and mentioned leaving something at the desk for us to help compensate as 3rd party booking limits her abilities. When I went to the desk the next morning the staff wasnt very helpful and kinda short with me as I brought up my contact with the GM. We loved the pool being open until 12p.

Bed sheets had stains everywhere on it. Also the couch in are room had tons of stains on it. The bathroom door frame had mold on it. And the tub towel that is left on the tub was wet like it was never replaced

We always stay at the Country Inn when we are in there area visiting. Location is good, free parking and separate sitting area works for what we need. They also take extra care to keep the lobby area clean.
