First and last time staying at this property, I waited in line over 30 minutes for check in being that there was only one person at the desk(he did a great job during an whelming time). Once we got to the room it was cold the heat did not work, we did not have a working tv or refrigerator, and my son got locked in the bathroom for about 8 minutes being that the door was broken, the room could have been cleaned better as well. I went to the front desk to change rooms and the guy at the desk kindly gave my family another room which was bigger and the amenities worked but the room could have been more cleaned(dirty toilet and floor). The hotel was far from quite, teenagers ran the hallways from check in until about 2:30am.

Terrible customer service. Assistant manager couldn’t give us a call back regarding our refund because he has “4 properties to cover”. That’s the excuse that was given. This is a customer service job so the assistant manager needs to maybe lose a property if they can’t handle the workload of speaking with guests. and we talked with them at the desk and then I called at least for two more days asking for him to call us back. Nothing. Rude as well while we were there.

Woodbury MN Stay

We have stayed here 2 or 3 times and this trip was not up to par in my opinion. Room was missing a luggage rack, missing a hair dryer and there wasn't a phone in the room which I found odd. Needed to ask for more lotion, more pillows and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

I had reserve and pre paid for 2 rooms with a king and pull out couch and if possible on the first floor and to be near each other . Upon checking in , showed the front desk my booking from Expedia for the rooms . Check in went good. Got to our rooms and the king did not have a pull out couch only a chair !! Went back to front desk and asked about it . The front desk person said I never held a room with a king bed with a couch. Even though it shows on my receipt . Then the guy said that the computer changed it . And there was really nothing he could do. He could move us upstairs to another king with a chair. Why would we do that. Not satisfied with how they didn’t have rooms that were paid for and gave us something smaller .

The front desk woman that checked us in said very little, was not informative and nor was she friendly. We had to call down several times for clean towels. The last night of our stay, I had to call down to the front desk several times after 11pm as the room next door was excessively loud playing music, yelling and slamming doors until at least 1:30 am.
