Don’t stay!! Left at 5:30am to find another hotel. Room was dirty, mold in the bathtub! Chair had some kinka stain all over it. Used eye contacts and dental floss on the floor. Kids running and screaming around outside in the middle of the night. When checking out at 5:30am, teenagers were in the lobby with the housekeeper?!? Just don’t stay here!!

Under remodeling at this time,our room was excellent,tho shower amenities were empty. Clean room . Pleasant staff. To go breakfast was kind,but not my preference. Our friends next door said their room was very rough condition.

The beds were awful u can feel the springs in the mattress. Got switched to another Room and then the next bed in the other room was a little better than the first one I was not told in advance that it was under construction and there were bag breakfast not happy about that customer service staff members were OK spoke with the manager. He wasn’t happy that I wasn’t happy with the first room bed but he did switch the rooms. No good Customer Service just doing his job. I barely stayed there it should be a discount when the place is under construction I want a refund or a night or two free my experience with this hotel wasn’t good I was surprised due to Being in such a upscale area

It is not how it looks in pictures and the reviews must be hand picked. It was dirty. There were bugs, especially spiders. Carpet had creases. Beds were ok at best. The room wasn’t cleaned well as there was dried milk and other things on the hard surfaces. Poorly repaired drywall that wasn’t painted. The only upside was the man working the desk was very nice and efficient when he moved us rooms because of how dirty the first room we checked into was. Never again.

Room was dirty. There was old food in the fridge. The hot tub worked intermittently. Breakfast was a choice of a few different kinds of cereal you could take back to your room. TV in our room didn't work.

Our room was great, a king suite with a sofabed for my family of three. We did have to go to the front desk to get linens for the sofabed as they were not provided. The first morning as we are having breakfast in our room, someone opened our door without knocking or identifying themselves. They quickly closed it when I said hello. Location is convenient and a good restaurant just next door.
