Worst housekeeping
Cleaning and safety is not top on list. was waken several times in 4 day stay for housekeeping staff yelling at each. Not talk yelling. The last day of stay... Check out was noon. Housekeeping started banging on door starting at 9am. While I was in shower, they attempted to walking to room. Unacceptable! Finally at 11am Open door and asked why knocking on door when check out was at noon. All they did was shove their phone in my face. All doors were propped open a rock in staircase.

I know that every hotel will have its positives and negatives but this one was awful. The room was very dirty with crumps and food left in the fridge. Worst off there was a big blood stain on the mattress by the pillow that the cleaning staff clearly avoided as they covered it with a clean sheet. It was disgusting and ruined the trip. Keep in mind I was traveling with you her kids. Worst part was after complaining to hotel staff they seemed they could care less and offered a 10 percent discount (with all the trouble that wasn’t enough) They were able to accommodate a new room which was okay. At the end, I never received any discount and was extremely frustrated with the service. I asked the staff when checking out about a discount or refund but said I have to go through Expedia. I have been emailing them and said it should be resolved in 72 hours, that was a week and a half ago and still haven’t heard anything. Seeing a disgusting blood stain (literally a biohazard) and knowing they tried to cover up really creates concerns on how well they actually clean the houses. I am Very disappointing with the hotel staff and Expedia.

The employees were great. The facility needs a lot of maintenance, the room was not the cleaniest, hot tubs didnt work correctly and the other was shut down, and one of the elevators are missing a hand hold inside.

There were some spots of something sticky on the sheets but ither than that it was good. Free breakfast in the morning. Safe area, free self parking. Nice staff. A pool but we didnt use it. Very affordable. Nice for the price.

I did not stay here. Your website said americ inn Princeton, mn. After confirming and paying it gave a reservation for country inn and suites Plymouth mn. I was no where by Plymouth. This needs to be corrected. Don’t trust the website.

Not a good stay!!
I normally don't write reviews because I just go with the flow (if somethings are off about a place I'm not petty I just deal with it and don't want to be a Karen. However I this place I will say NOT so good. Our room we had was kind of a nightmare. The door to the room itself was off kilter so you had to sholder it open and closed. The bathtub leaked onto the bathroom floor. The sink would spray water to the side if the pressure wasnt high enough but then would create such splash back onto your clothes from the pressure of water coming out. The toilet didn't flush(it would need to be flushed twice it was soo slow). The motors in the fridge, air conditioning and bathroom fan all were loud and grindy sounding. That woke us all up throughout the night. When we asked for bath towels the cleaning staff said they didn't have them. That I would need to ask front desk. So we did and then was asked to come get them. Breakfast in the morning...no care to keep things stocked. Everything was out and there was no rush at filling anything. The best thing about the hotel was that it had 2 pools. Even so though...it was a good thing because the hottub in pool area 1 was down. Pool area 2 everything worked. All in all we stayed in the room just because we didn't feel like hauling our stuff to a different room. But never again will we stay there!!!
